At the time of booking, a deposit of 25% of the total value is required. This deposit can be paid by cheque or bank transfer in Sterling or Euros. The balance is then payable in resort in Euros unless otherwise arranged. This balance is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the date that catering commences. However, a £20 administration charge will be made prior to the return of the deposit. Any cancellation made between 28 and 60 days before catering commences will result in the loss of half of the deposit. Any cancellation made with less than 28 days notice will result in a loss of the total deposit .

There will be no additional charges if any changes are made to upgrade the catering service after time of booking (for example, adding a cheese course for 1 night). The additional costs will be added to the balance payable in resort (for example, adding extra days). Any changes to downgrade the catering service within 60 days of arrival in resort can result in a charge or cancellation at the discretion of Extreme Cuisine.

The services are priced in Euros, however where payments are made in Sterling the bank-to-bank exchange rate will be used to calculate the Sterling equivalent on the day of invoicing.

In the unlikely event that we will have to cancel your catering, all monies will be refunded.

Please notify us of any special dietary requirements as soon as possible so these people can be catered for at the same standard as everyone else. Within reasonable circumstances we will make every effort to provide something else should we be informed on the day that someone is unable to eat the meal that is planned.
